Processing:

Our team processes orders Tuesday through Friday.

We are closed on Mondays, Sundays + national holidays.

Shipping:

​Once we are notified of your order, we will ship via USPS within 48 to 72 business hours. Standard shipping rates may apply.

We do not ship outside of the USA.

Order Pick Up:

​If you are local to East Islip, NY, you are welcome to pick up your order in person. However, we ask that you please call (631) 859-0003 upon placing your order to arrange a date + time.

Delivery:

Beauty Mark Spa, Inc. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, you have the option of filing a claim through USPS or with your local police department. 

Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, holiday and USPS exceptions beyond our control.

Delivery time does not include weekends.
